"Absolute nightmare trying to renew my PLUP, which I had with State Farm for 5+ years. Rep dropped the ball on sending me necessary forms, failed to attach them to their email, misspelled my name on the forms when they did finally send them... After dealing with all that, I got a surprise letter telling me my PLUP was going to be canceled. Turns out, they decided I needed to increase my auto coverage by 10x (!!) to maintain PLUP eligibility, but didn't bother telling me until I reached out. A bewildering and total lack of competence. I'm letting the policy lapse and saving $200 going with another agency. Good lord! Stay away!"
