Virginia Chan's team and especially Shanice Bailey have recently demonstrated this once again! Many thanks for being outstanding State Farm representatives! November 2025, I wanted to make a change to my Auto insurance. Upon speaking with Xavier with Virginia Chan's team I was met with professionalism and courtesy. Xavier was very responsive and was able to provide me with options. I was under a strict timeline and Xavier was very helpful. I had a last minute question and request and Xavier was quick to respond. Once again, Virginia Chan's team shines! Thank you for your great work!"

"Absolute nightmare trying to renew my PLUP, which I had with State Farm for 5+ years. Rep dropped the ball on sending me necessary forms, failed to attach them to their email, misspelled my name on the forms when they did finally send them... After dealing with all that, I got a surprise letter telling me my PLUP was going to be canceled. Turns out, they decided I needed to increase my auto coverage by 10x (!!) to maintain PLUP eligibility, but didn't bother telling me until I reached out. A bewildering and total lack of competence. I'm letting the policy lapse and saving $200 going with another agency. Good lord! Stay away!"
