"Writing this to express my appreciation for the Virginia Chan team!
My co-op insurance has been through this State Farm team since 2021. After receiving my renewal quote for the upcoming year, I was concerned about the substantially larger increase due to the global factors effecting every insurance company. I checked with multiple competitors for quotes, and I found that State Farm still comes out on top for premium price and coverage.
After calling the office and working with Miguel to update a bit of the coverage numbers, I ended up where I was hoping to be both coverage wise and price wise. His patience and insight over the phone also put me at ease a bit more.
While it feels like every company is trying to nickel and dime you or trying to scheme for more money, this past renewal cycle has truly made me greatly appreciate the team at Virginia Chan - State Farm Insurance!"
