"Huge shoutout to Xavier Merced at State Farm for making our move from Austin to New York City way easier than we expected it to be. Relocating to NYC is stressful enough, but Xavier stepped in and handled the insurance side of things seamlessly. He was incredibly responsive, walked us through all our options in plain English, and made sure we had the right coverage lined up before we even landed at JFK. What really impressed us was how fast and efficient he was—he got a full set of new policies in place for us in no time, without anything slipping through the cracks. He was also super patient with all our questions (and there were a lot), and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. On top of that, he’s just genuinely easy to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly looking out for his clients’ best interests.
